This data and privacy policy sets out how Yes Oui Si Ltd uses, protects and processes any information that we collect from you or that you provide to us. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our energy management services, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Who we are and what we do
We are an energy management consultancy. We help organisations to reduce energy consumption, comply with energy related regulations and save money by smarter energy consumption and procurement. We collect the personal data of the organisations with energy management challenges.
What we collect from you
We collect Personal Data directly from you (via email, website forms, phone and email or otherwise) as well as from other available sources to the extent relevant and permitted under the GDPR legislation. This information facilitates our ability to support you manage your energy. Subject to this applicable law we may collect the following information:
- name and job title;
- contact information;
- your preferences, e.g. preferred ways to be contacted by us;
- other information relevant to help you manage energy;
- other information, such as information found from public sources. This will only be in the case of legitimate interest (please see Our Legitimate Business Interests below).
Our Legitimate Business Interests
As an energy management consultancy we contact organisations directly when we a legitimate offer of services that would help it improve its energy management. Personal data collected is shared with no other organisations unless you specifically request otherwise.
We do not send out blanket marketing emails and only contact an organisation with specific information relevant to it.
Technical Information
When you access the website no information is collected by Yes Oui Si about your visit unless you enter details into the contact form.
When you use our services or otherwise interact with us over telecommunications networks, certain additional information, such as your mobile telephone number, may be transmitted to us by the telecommunications operator as a standard part of that communication.
Purposes of the processing and the legal basis for the processing
We will collect, use, store and otherwise process your Personal Data for the purpose of contacting you directly with specific information that would help you improve energy management.
